• Having a Registered Agent means your business information can remain confidential. Our services include the option to use our physical mailing address for your online platforms, instead of your own private home info. DO NOT USE YOUR HOME ADDRESS! Also, having a P.O. box gives off a sense of non-existence as well. You want your customers to see you as professional and legit!

• All documents are immediately scanned into our system and then emailed to the information provided.

• We’re here, available for any questions within our office daily, during standard business hours. We welcome you to contact us anytime with questions or assistance.

• There are no hidden fees. We’re here for 1 full calendar year, after which, your services will be automatically billed for another year unless you cancel. You may cancel up to 3 days prior to your next billing, after which, we will continue your services and you will be charged for the next full year of coverage.
